Baby Gifts – Unique Way to Welcome the Newborn

Giving gifts has been another great way to celebrate different occasions, including baby showers. Whenever there is an upcoming baby or a newborn, family and friends are looking for gifts to welcome the baby. While thee are some who wants to give something that the baby can use on his/her first few months, others purchase gift items that he/she can enjoy while growing up.

Baby gifts come in myriad choices, and one of the most popular are clothes. Newborn outfits are irresistible, that often come in adorable designs and colors. While this baby gift is a practical idea, one should consider that babies grow fast. Also, during baby showers, expectant mom will likely to receive a bunch of infant clothes, so it would be best to pick baby outfits that the child can use on his/her upcoming months.

Toys are another popular gifts for babies. Kids love toys. For babies and young children the best toys for them should be both fun and educational. In their early childhood, babies tend to be very curious of their surrounding. They are attracted to bright colors, sounds and odd shapes. With that, there are plenty of toys that will help stimulate their minds, such as brightly colored bricks; baby books; board games; toys that create sounds and the likes.

Street Party and Festival Photography

When we hear the words “street fair”, “block party”, or “festival” we automatically understand that there is about to be a ton of color, activity, and fun. This also translates into a huge array of photographic potential, but a photographer of any level is well-advised to head into such a scenario well-prepared. This is because there are always going to be issues about safety, appropriate gear, and the best techniques for optimal results.

Let’s begin with safety. Both the photographer and their gear are going to be at risk when there are crowds of people, loads of food, and perhaps a bit too much merriment. For this reason a photographer should never carry their equipment bag with them to any kind of street party or event. Limiting yourself to a single camera should not be a serious hardship if you prepare yourself for the kinds of photographic opportunities you are likely to encounter. Additionally, when a gathering involves groups of tightly crowded people it might be easy for all kinds of gear to disappear, and this too is another reason to keep equipment to a minimum.

Wedding Photographer – Monterey

The final day has come for Steve and Janet’s wedding in Monterey. As you remember, I photographed their engagement session last June.

It was an hour drive from San Jose to get to Monterey. This was my last wedding for the season. What else can I ask for when the party is taking place in one of the most beautiful area in California. Wedding Album Design – San Jose

I finally finished an album design that is way overdue. Thankfully, the mother of the bride is pretty much saying to not rush it since she wants something really nice to have for a memento of her daughter’s wedding. It took me awhile to do it since I am often not satisfied with the first or second drafts. Also, I put it aside and come back to it when I’m all refreshed.
