Photographs of My Kids Playing in the Pool

My kids love to swim in a pool no matter how cold it is.  It’s crazy how kids can tolerate cold water in a cold winter day.  They wanted me to swim with them but it was cold and I only swim when it’s warm (my rules).  Most of the photographs are all candid of course and shot without them posing.   I usually like to photograph kids in their natural environment without them posing.  A genuine laughter and smile are best compared to a posed “say cheese” approach.  Here are some photos of them swimming.

Brandon- Portland Oregon Wedding Photographer - I agree. showing your family gives your customers a good sense of who you are. I am not the best at it, but I try to throw some shots of my boys on the blog every now and again. It makes us human.

bärbel - I think it is great you have your children on your blog. They look like they are really fun kids to photography and, they are beautiful.
Family Photos are so important. We are often a little tired and forget to shoot our own kids and family.
Do they like seeing themselves on your photography blog?

BENIPAYO - Mark,

I initially decided not to include any family related photos but changed my mind. If I will be doing thing for clients, I might as well do it for my family. I’ll call it my journal of my kids.

Thanks for the comment – Mike

Providence RI Wedding Photographers – Mark Andrew - I think it’s important to photograph and show your family on your blog so that your clients can get a sense of you outside of your business.
