<p>A refundable security deposit is required to hold your date, and is returned 10 days after the event if the site is left in good condition and all the rules are followed. For weekday events, Monday–Thursday, the rental is $1,500; Friday or Sunday $2,000; and Saturday $2,500. The rental fee is payable 60 days prior to the event. <p>Fees &amp; Deposits</p>
<p>For weddings, a $1,500 nonrefundable deposit is required 2 weeks after making reservations. The estimated event balance is payable 3 working days prior to the event; the balance is due at the event’s conclusion. The Courtyard rental fee is $700. Three all-inclusive wedding packages include hors d’oeuvres, champagne toast, wine with served meals, cake cutting, tax and service charges. Wedding packages start at $80/person. Menus can be customized. Luncheons or dinners start at $20/person; a 19% service charge, tax and alcohol are additional.</p>
